After spending 11 years on air as a talk radio host discussing the big topics impacting the world, the US, & North Carolina, Tyler left the political world in 2020 and started work in the mortgage industry.  Not finding a good source of data on what was impacting mortgage rates and the housing market on a daily basis, Tyler created the daily Markets & Mortgages newsletter in January 2021.  Since then, M&M has grown adding a website and a thrice weekly podcast.
