Home price growth jumped to its highest level for the year in October, according to the latest data from the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price NSA Index.
- Y-O-Y: Home price growth rose to 4.8% in October, up from 4.0% in September and the highest level since December 2022.
- M-O-M: Home prices rose 0.6% from September, down from the 0.7% the prior month and the lowest increase since April.
