Rent prices fell for the third straight month in Wilmington, according to the latest data from ApartmentList.com
- M-O-M: Overall rent prices in Wilmington fell to $1,363 in November, down 1.2% from October and the third straight monthly decline.
- Y-O-Y: Rent prices are down 4.8% from the same time last year.
Overall Decline. Rents fell across the board with one-bedroom rents falling 1.3% to $1,176 and two-bedroom rents also fell 1.3% to $1,310.
- Overall rent within the city of Wilmington fell 1.3% to $1,325.
Vacany Rate. As we’ve seen the last 4 months the vacancy rate is falling along with rents. The vacancy rate fell for the sixth straight month to 6.72% in October, down from 6.8% in September and the lowest level since January.
