The latest CPI data not only beats expectations but it hit a 31-year high and CPI jumps can no longer be blamed on certain products as the data showed it is now across the board jumps, Mortgages rates fell for the second week in a row which helped propel mortgage demand into positive territory which was the biggest jump since July.
