Mortgage Rates Continue Their Climb

Mortgage rates moved up for the third week in a row, according to the latest data from Freddie Mac…(Freddie Mac)

  • THE 30-YR FIXED rate jumped up 5 basis points to average 3.14% which is 33 basis points higher from the same time one year ago.
  • THE 15-YR FIXED rate jumped 4 basis points to average 2.37% which is 5 basis points higher than the same time one year ago.
