Mortgage Rates Fall Slightly

Mortgage rates fell slightly for the week ending September 26th, according to the Freddie Mac weekly survey…(Freddie Mac)

  • 30-YR FIXED: The average rate fell 2 basis points to 2.86% which is also down one basis point from the same time one year ago.
  • 15-YR FIXED: The average rate fell 7 basis points to 2.12% which is also down 23 basis points from the same time one year ago.
